Tarpon is currently working on the renovation of 723 guest rooms. The scope of the work includes all work involved in the removal and disposal of existing and installation of new;
- carpet and underpad;
- tile and vinyl wall coverings;
- drywall/concrete board in selected areas (including studwork and insulation);
- closet and bathroom doors and door hardware;
- drapery and drapery hardware;
- lighting fixtures, thermostats, receptacles and associated electrical wiring;
- selected bathtubs, showers, toilets and sinks;
- faucets, valves, drains and associated piping;
- kitchen and bathroom vents, and associated ductwork;
- bathroom and kitchen millwork (vanities and cabinetry) ;
- selected bathtub re-glazing; and
- bathroom accessories (e.g. towel racks and towel bars);
- FF&E (including storage and handling).
Further the scope of work includes:
- skim-coating and priming of walls;
- painting ceilings, doors and trim; and
- refinishing of casegoods, sills, thresholds and HVAC grills.
